Sleek design and easy function.
The Primo Top Load Water Dispenser is a sleek design that can fit easily into most households. Pros: water dispenses easily, hot water has good temp, but most important is that it is easy to load a full water bottle. Cons: on arrival the box came in a bit of a shamble and once we took off the included manual/instructions we noticed a dent and crack in the front face of the system below the dispenser outlets. Luckily this did not affect the water storage with any leaks. However, cosmetically it does look damaged. Note, initial water bottle must be purchased separately.

Great dispenser
This primo water dispenser is great. Super easy to set up and move around. The water feels secure on the top and doesn’t shake around. The temp is great when you need hot or cold water.

Staying hydrated
Easy to set up; pop it out of the box and plug it in. Water jugs are easy to purchase or refill at multiple locations. Buttons are easy to press, even the hot water safety i can do with one finger. Water flows at a good speed to fill cup. There is a little waiting time when first setting up.

Convenient filtered water dispenser
Note, dispenser does not include water jug. The dispenser arrived and set up was a breeze. It light enough to easily move to the desired location in your home/office. Finding the initial jug was challenging as they are not sold everywhere (not sold at my local target)—of course you can order online, but I wanted it quicker than delivery allowed. Refill stations are more accessible. Using the dispenser is very easy and convenient! Plug in, Load jug on dispenser, allow internal tanks to fill, “prime” before very first use and voila, enjoy both hot and cold filtered water. The hot water is controlled with a safety button so not to burn anyone with an accidental push of a button. It’s certainly hot enough to enjoy a brewed cup of tea.

Love it
I love the primo water dispenser . I set it up at the foot of my bed near my closet so I always have water on hand . Its cold and fresh tasting . This is such a great product .

Great Product!
The Primo top load water dispenser is so nice. The water dispenser dispenses two temperatures hot and cold water. This is so convenient. I really like the spill proof bottle holder with the leak guard. There was no plumbing or any tools required to setup this product. I would recommend this product!

Easy setup, no leaks, coupon is not up to date with cost.
What an amazing water cooler. The size is very good. The sound is a bit loud obly on first run, but its not run you out of the house loud. The setup was easy, but one thing they do not tell you is that there are two power switches on the back upper right corner. Both need to be turned on. We have had no leaks not drips into the drip pan at the bottom. About the only issue that happened was thr coupon to get a free 5 gallon water is only valued at 14.99, yet the water now costs 15.49 base. Granted 50 cents for 5 gal of 💧. Good deal.

Useful for a warehouse or any office space
Just wanted to say I'm super grateful for this product. I work in a warehouse at Christmas time, decorating Christmas trees, and really needed access to water throughout the day. I'm so excited to have both hot and cold clean water to drink or use as needed. You can get deliveries of water jugs sent right to your location as well so you don't have to move them around yourself. I love that this is not a huge tank and fits nicely into this corner.

This water dispenser does its job. Nothing special nothing terrible necessarily. I wish that you were able to adjust temperature control for hot and cold. The reservoir is a little smaller than I would expect. Good for office use and for homes that have high volume or if you're having a party.

Great so far!
I love the height and distance from spout to tray for 32 oz water bottles. I like the big hot water dispenser button that’s child proof. We bought a Cosco one that’s supposedly superior - pictured on right. Can you see the difference?? I am surely not interested in the Cosco one.
