    bought 4 at once, 2 stopped cooling, 1 right before the warrenty and 1 right after. Got a new unit sent and that lasted about 6 months, these are junk

    NOT WATER BOTTLE FRIENDLY

    Just received the dispenser today. Was a little apprehensive in buying since it looked a little short, but it's hard to tell from pics. Unfortunately I do have to bend to use it, and I'm 5'7". I have back and hip problems so this is difficult and we need to make a stand for it. My partner is over 6' tall, so it's even worse for him. The other issue is that a lot of our water bottles don't fit, even without the drip tray. None of our bottles are big, the largest being 25 oz and not insulated. Wish I'd been able to see it in person because I wouldn't have bought it. Water dispenses slowly, also.

    Disappointing

    Just received the products and am a little disappointed. I'm 5"7' and need to bend to place my bottle. I have back and hip issues, so we are now having to rig something to put it on. My partner is over 6' tall so it's worse for him. The other is the clearance for water bottles is not great. Can't use the drip tray at all, and some of our bottles won't fit at all. None of our bottles are large, the biggest capacity is 25oz. Water seems to dispense fine, though, but not being able to use most of our bottles, which is what I always drink from, does make me wish we hadn't bought it. It feels like we were lied to as the site kept saying how good the bottle clearance is.

    Could be better...

    Little too soon for a full review, but the water does not get very cold on its coldest setting. (50 degrees) tested with Thermapen. It is noisy when pouring water. Also it would be nice to dim the clock and have an automatic light when pouring water.

    Enjoying our new Brio water cooler

    I am enjoying our new Brio water cooler (hot/room temp/cold). It replaces an old cooler that was a top load unit. It is so convenient to have the water bottle at the bottom of the cooler. My husband no longer has to lift a heavy bottle, but can easily replace the bottle behind the door. My only issue is that the space between the spigot and the drip tray were a little taller to accomodate larger bottles for refill. Other than that, I am very happy with my new cooler.

    I like the sleek color and temperature setting. However, I can’t set the time at all. It’s not major, but I am taking off one star because I followed the instructions and they only lead me to setting the water temperature.
