The Primo Water® Bottom Loading Pro 3 Temp Water Dispenser offers an upgraded way to stay hydrated with three temperature settings—cold, room temperature and hot—at the push of a button. Its bottom-loading design means no lifting or spilling, and setup is fast with no tools or plumbing needed. Designed for convenience and performance, this water cooler features fast-flow dispensing, stainless steel reservoirs that resist corrosion and maintain ideal temperatures, and a removable, dishwasher-safe drip tray. Q: Is this compatible with other 3 and 5 gallon water products or only with primo products?

  • A: We have 2 of the primo self sanitizing water coolers model # 601234. The diversions are the same as this unit. Our 5 gallon GLASS Mountain Valley water bottles fit beautifully with no promises. We get Primo delivery at home. Trying to find another machine model # 601234

  • A: Thank you for reaching out to us. You can use most 5- or 3-gallon brand bottles with our dispensers with the exception of a few brands. Two that we know for certain are the brand American Maid brand and Glass bottles. The way the bottles are manufactured makes them incompatible with our dispensers due to the circumference and length of the neck. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Do Not Buy

This is the second one I buy, the first one lasted 3 years, this one just 1 year. While my mom's GE has lasted over 9 years. Do not buy. It also arrived broken from door but so heavy to return I just taped it.

Terrible Delivery for Online Ordering

I was excited to order this online as this item was a little bulkier. Once it arrived to my home, it was leaking oil. I opened the box and it was mishandled during the delivery. It spilled oil everywhere. I took it back to the nearest Target store hoping for an exchange but the store had none available and unfortunately the sale was over. I am beyond disapointed and am not able to verify the system works. My only advice, picks this up directly from the store yourself.

Not built to last... do not recommend this brand

We ordered this product to replace another Primo dispenser where the water line started to freeze after about 2 years of usage. We setup the new one and the disperser leaked water all over the pantry floor. Had to return to the store and would not recommend this brand at this point.

Usually, when this occurs, it is because of the way the hose lays on the bottle. Dispense some water so it begins to pump, and then stop dispensing and open the door. You can usually see the hose vibrating against the bottle. Stop to work

Get it!!!

Not sure why bad reviews but I am very happy with my purchase. I had $400 Brio and let me tell you by looking outside both units had identical parts. If your unit stoped working perform vinegar cleaning. It’s that easy. Even expensive units require periodical cleaning.

Dont waste your money

Trash!!! Stopped working after a year. I’d plug it in and it will start to work and then stop working again. I wouldn’t trust and primo products period!
