The Primo Water® Bottom Loading Pro 3 Temp Water Dispenser offers an upgraded way to stay hydrated with three temperature settings—cold, room temperature and hot—at the push of a button. Its bottom-loading design means no lifting or spilling, and setup is fast with no tools or plumbing needed. Designed for convenience and performance, this water cooler features fast-flow dispensing, stainless steel reservoirs that resist corrosion and maintain ideal temperatures, and a removable, dishwasher-safe drip tray. Q: This has 3 temp settings saw a question about this; Answer was for only 2 settings. 37-50 cold and different hot numbers. What is exactly the coldest temp cooler you provide?

A: Thank you for contacting us, GPS. The numbers listed are the ranges for the cold and hot water for any of our dispensers. For example, the cooling function activates when the water temp exceeds 50F and turns off when it reaches around 37F. This is true of all of our dispensers.

Q: Is this compatible with other 3 and 5 gallon water products or only with primo products?

A: We have 2 of the primo self sanitizing water coolers model # 601234. The diversions are the same as this unit. Our 5 gallon GLASS Mountain Valley water bottles fit beautifully with no promises. We get Primo delivery at home. Trying to find another machine model # 601234

Two that we know for certain are the brand American Maid brand and Glass bottles. The way the bottles are manufactured makes them incompatible with our dispensers due to the circumference and length of the neck. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Not sure why bad reviews but I am very happy with my purchase. I had $400 Brio and let me tell you by looking outside both units had identical parts. If your unit stoped working perform vinegar cleaning. It’s that easy. Even expensive units require periodical cleaning.

Usually, when this occurs, it is because of the way the hose lays on the bottle. Dispense some water so it begins to pump, and then stop dispensing and open the door. You can usually see the hose vibrating against the bottle. Just reposition the probe, and that typically fixes it. We received our Primo water dispenser today. Thank goodness Target notified me of delivery because UPS surely didn't...not even a knock or doorbell, they just left the box in plain site for all to see.😡 after we opened it and set it up, we noticed 2 areas of damage, 1 is a crease that runs 3/4 of the side from back to front. Extremely disappointed in the overall shipping process. This item can easily be sold at the store and doesn't need to be shipped third party

I have ordered two of these and both arrived damaged. They both have been dented on the side, and it prevents the door from closing appropriately. The second one was missing a screw on the door hinge so the door is falling off.
