Avatara Kombucha The Simple Shield Face Moisturizer - SPF 30 - 1.01 fl oz

I have tried a bunch of moisturizers and I love this one! It doesn't make my face feel sticky at all and the thickness isn't too bad. I feel like it's that perfect thickness that leaves a base layer perfect for the rest of the day.

It's so soothing and easy to use the smell is amazing and I will definitely buy again

I normally don’t review items publicly but felt I should warn others. This product is very thick and heavy, sticky on your face and does not absorb. RUN!

I am fastidious about my SPF in the morning so I have tried a lot of brands and this might be my least favorite. Horrible white cast (I am light/medium skin), a greasy feeling that doesn't quite absorb. But for all the heaviness, my skin doesn't feel moisturized. It sort of just sits on the skin while I still feel dry.

My hair stuck to this and my face all day. Not exactly something u wanna be dealing with because of a sunscreen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very nice, light weight spf moisturizer. I put this on daily because my skin is pretty dry and it does the job. I like how it doesn’t feel oily. It also comes in a nice bottle that is easy to pack. Overall great product.

I was skeptical since majority of the reviews state they’re paid promotions but i gave it a try anyway. A little goes a long way but with that being said it left a white cast and was difficult to rub in. It felt heavy so i ended up removing it shortly after putting it on

This moisturizer does what it is supposed to do, it moisturizes very well and it leaves a nice sheen/glow afterwards. I like how it makes my skin feel and look that at times I don’t even put foundation on. I have sensitive skin but this moisturizer works beautifully and has not made me break out once since using it. Definitely recommend . And you can’t beat that it has spf in it . Love it! Sunscreen should shield without being seen. This invisible, oil-free, 100% mineral sunscreen with Ceramides and skin-balancing Kombucha bathes skin in essential sun protection and hydration. Bonus: BHA exfoliates to help keep pores gunk-free.everybody should be using this product.

When I apply it, at first, due to its thickness, my face would have some tint of white - just like when applying sunscreen. The tint goes away, and will not hinder any makeup application. Overall, I like how my skin feels after I use this product. I would get this again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pleasantly surprised by this Avatara SIMPLE SHIELD Moisturizer. The first thing that caught my eye was the design of the bottle. Not just the color and text design, but also the way the bottle locks when you're finished using it - this is great for carrying in a purse or tote, as you don't have to worry about the product spilling out and making a mess. Likely the most important part of this product is that it goes on smooth. It did, however, feel a little heavier in that I felt like I had sunscreen on and did notice it several times. It wasn't a hindrance, just an observation. There's also the huge plus of this product being cruelty-free, which I typically look for in a good product. After many uses, I can say that for me this is a product that I can see myself using all the time.

The first thing I liked was the design of the bottle- it locks when you’re done using it, so you can put it in your purse, sun tote, glove compartment, etc. and not worry about it leaking everywhere. I also love that it's cruelty-free. It goes on fairly smooth, though I could tell that I was wearing sunscreen, but I’m super sensitive to that, so it could just be a “me” thing. It did do a pretty good job with protecting my face, but I see myself using it more as a base under makeup rather than a day at the beach sunscreen. Would buy again.

It leaves a white cast on my face. The pros are that it has a mild scent, not greasy and product comes out with a pump. I will not be purchasing this again.

I will definitely be adding this to my morning routine. The packaging makes it convenient to toss in my handbag to reapply during the day when needed. A moisturizing sunscreen I can use all year.

That's super importante to me in choosing a moisturizer. Aside from that I also like the scent! It's a loght moisturizer that I hardly noticed was on. It doesn't leave a greasy feel on my hands or face which is also a huge plus! Great product!

I like that it has sunscreen built in, but it definitely feels and performs like putting on sunscreen... a little goes a long way. It feels thick and heavy and like I need to wait 15-30 before putting on makeup. No pore clogging issues that I've seen, but I've only been using it a few days. Smells like lotion though, not like sunscreen.
