These are a good supplement with a good list of nutrients that are important for your body. The size is good and the taste is pretty good as well. These would be easy to incorporate into a routine. Found the combination was a good combination and easy to follow/fit in my routine. The daytime and the nighttime gummies come in bottles that have different cap/bottle colors which can be helpful and cleary says on label daytime or nighttime. The gummies are smaller than other gummy type vitamins and not hard like some others. The gummies are just about same color, so again the cap covers/bottle labels are helpful in making sure you are taking the right one. The flavor was cooling blackcurrant. Seems "cooling" is a thing with different medications now. The flavor is a nice change from the typical tropical, cherry, orange, grape flavors. They were easy to chew and should be fully chewed and disolved. I found that this product was helpful and will continue taking.
