I like that it is in a gummy form and not tablet or capsule. It has a black currant flavor. So far, my experience is not the same as other people who experience relief from their hot flashes and night sweats. Everyone is different and the effects is different from everyone else. I get that, maybe I just need to continue taking it, recommended 60 days. The price value is a little high for me to keep taking it.

The gummy format is a good option for those who don't like pills. These were somewhat helpful for symptoms of perimenopause. I don't know if they are worth the price, but it is worth trying for those women dealing with uncomfortable side effects of aging.

I noticed a reduction in hot flashes and night sweats, from 12-15 per day to less then 5 per day, within the first week of taking this product.

That being said, I felt relief from my hot flashes in the first 10 days or so of taking the gummies, but that may have just been from the natural ebb and flow of my menopause.

I was having hot flashes several times a day and needed something to slow them down. The AZO gummy was black currant flavored and was pretty tasty. I took one gummy every morning as directed. I started seeing results about 2 weeks, as my hot flashes were less frequent. That is a game changer for me. I also paired this with the night time gummies and I could tell a difference in the quality of my sleep as well. Definitely would recommend to anyone.
