A: The washer uses a lot of water and I use tap water because I wash a lot bottles. After it fills up 4 bottles you begin the wash. Brezza offers a descaling solution.

If you are using hard water, we recommend purchasing the descaling tablets to ensure your heating plate stays free and clear of any mineral build up. Always malfunctions and bad design
This product keeps giving errors when I run it. I even had the company send a replacement just for the new one to do the same thing. I essentially cannot use it because it will start running and then stop with an error code after 2 minutes. I am also disappointed with the design. None of my bottles or pump parts fit well and will fall out onto the floor when I lift the lid making them dirty again. I would recommend a different brand where you can load things down into the washer.

Leaves a strong smell and taste
I was so excited to try this bottle washer but sadly it isnt what I expected. I had to dump some of my breast milk because I used it to wash bottles and some parts of my breast pump. I thought it was the smell of the detergent but no, when the bottle washer is on, a strong smell comes out of it, like plastic.

Easy to use, makes mom life easier. People said I don't need it...they were wrong. When I'm exhausted with my toddler and infant this thing saves me from having backed up bottles and pump parts
