A: The washer uses a lot of water and I use tap water because I wash a lot bottles. After it fills up 4 bottles you begin the wash. Brezza offers a descaling solution.

A: All Baby Brezza machines sold in the USA are designed to operate on 120 volts and come with a standard North American plug. Using these machines with any voltage higher than 120V or with a different frequency than that of North America may permanently damage the unit. Therefore, it is not recommended to use the North American version of Baby Brezza appliances outside of the US and Canada, as doing so will void your warranty. We recommend you purchase the bottle washer in the country it's going to be used in.

I was so excited to have this product because I hated washing bottles with my first child. My plan was to use it once a day at night to wash 4 bottles for the baby to have the next day at daycare. This product couldnt even handle that. My son is 3 months old and the machine hasnt been consistent at all. Constantly throwing an error "E4". Im so over it.
