A: The washer uses a lot of water and I use tap water because I wash a lot bottles. After it fills up 4 bottles you begin the wash. Brezza offers a descaling solution.

A: All Baby Brezza machines sold in the USA are designed to operate on 120 volts and come with a standard North American plug. Using these machines with any voltage higher than 120V or with a different frequency than that of North America may permanently damage the unit. Therefore, it is not recommended to use the North American version of Baby Brezza appliances outside of the US and Canada, as doing so will void your warranty. We recommend you purchase the bottle washer in the country it's going to be used in.

Attachment rack is sold for washing sterilizing pumping equipment but it is impossible to fit more then a single pump set. The pictures include Dr browns bottles but you can not fit 4 bottles including vents and bottle caps. All the things this unit is sold to wash can't not be washed in single run. I had to deal with 2 broken Chicco next2me forevers before they sent one that wasn't broken and it's still less rage then I feel everytime I have file this useless piece of garbage. Build quality is honestly fantastic but the miniscule wash zones means we running this thing 6 times a day minimum and that only cause we are still heavily breastfeeding

I wanted to love this machine, but it didn’t fit my qualifications. The machine cap doesn’t fit properly sometimes so it’s kind of a pain to put back on, and it’s not very secure. I ended up dropping a glass bottle from removing the cap and it shattered all over the floor. Other else than that sometimes the front right side won’t dry my bottles properly.

Your input helps us identify ways to improve our design and performance. We’d love the opportunity to help you troubleshoot the lid or replace it if it's lost it's original shape. With regards to the drying of the front right side, that is the area that is directly above the heating plate. If that bottle is still wet, you may have a residue on the heating plate which can be resolved with some descaling. Our goal is for every wash and dry cycle to be as easy and stress-free as possible. The bottle washer has literally saved us, especially because I had a complication after giving birth, and my movement has been extremely limited. Standing up for certain period of time is not possible so being able to load the washer and be done is a blessing the one annoying thing is that it takes so long to dry, which is the reason why I took a star off.
