Q: what is the electricity input of the product? is it support 220v power system? do i need voltage converter and plug adapter?

A: All of our products are designed to be used in the USA so it's electrical system is designed for 110v. We don't recommend purchasing our products and using abroad or in other countries as you will void the warranty.

Q: Do you have to wash the bottles and parts with soap and water before you put them in?

A: Yes absolutely. The sterilizer dryer is not a bottle washer. It is designed to sterilize bottles that are already cleaned. If you want an all in one, we do have a bottle washer pro that does everything from wash, sterilize and dry.

Q: can you use this in the future not only for bottles but things like glass baby food storage jars? (Not store bought but ones you use to store larger amounts of puree )

A: Yes, however we recommend that you check the manufacturers guidelines. Not all glass can withstand temperature changes and our sterilizers get pretty hot.

Q: Why is it always so went after the Sanitize and dry cycle is complete. I have been having to dry again. I never fill it above max line.

A: Thank you for your inquiry. It could be a few reasons. We have multiple dry cycles, 30, 45 & 60 minutes. If you are adding a large load to the sterilizer, we recommend increasing the drying time. Depending on the bottles, if they have concave bottoms, water may pool there so it may be best to set them up in a way where the water can run off. Lastly, we recommend reviewing the hepa filter. and ensure that it doesn't need to be replaced. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact our customer care team.

A: Our Sterilizer Dryer Advanced can accommodate 8-ounce bottles. While it doesn’t wash the bottles, it effectively sterilizes and dries them for you.

Q: How do you clean the heating plate when it has mineral buildup?

A: We recommend using a descaler, or mixing equal parts distilled white vinegar and water and letting the mixture sit overnight. Q: How long does it take to do a sterilize and dry cycle?

A: The sterilize cycle is 10 minutes but the drying time is pending on what you choose. The sterilizer dryer advanced has multiple drying selections from 30 minute, 45 minute and 60 minute drying times. Hope this helps but remain available should you require assistance.

Oh! This one is just a sterilizer and dryer. We do have a machine that washes the bottles, it's called Bottle Washer Pro.
Works but needs a lot of upkeep

We like it but we have to clean it way more then the directions specify even though we are using distilled water. The metal ring is constantly turning brown within a few uses. There is enough to clean with w new born, the machine shouldn't be one of them.

Just a note, our sterilizer dryers are meant to sterilize bottles and nipples that are already washed. If not, milk residue will find its way to the heating plate and essentially be burned on to the plate. Clean bottles and distilled water are the best way to use our sterilizer. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out to our customer care team.

We loved everything about this sterilizer and used it all the time!!! It was great, but then stopped working after using for 7 months and can’t be replaced I guess. So we need to buy a new one. I emailed them about it and then they asked for photos of the issue and a couple other questions of info they needed. I responded everything they needed back to them and didn’t hear back from them for 2 months. So our baby was out of a sterilizer for over 2 months because we didn’t want to buy a new one if it was going to be replaced. After not hearing back from them for 2 months I had to reach out again for a follow up. They responded that I would need to buy a new one. As much as we loved it, we won’t be buying this one again because of it not working. Will probably just get momcozy bottle washer.
