The machine dispensed 1/2 scoop instead of 1 scoop. After noticing my baby drank a lot more formula than average and going through an absurd amount of wet diapers, i weighed the amount of formula dispensed and instead of 8.5g (per Bobbie and confirmed when I hand measured), my machine dispensed 4g. Turns out my baby was drinking formula at 50% dilution. I also triple checked the machine and 3 times, i got 4g of formula for every 2oz of water. I received my machine in April, 2025 and it seems like someone else had the same issue.
