A: bought this item for my granddaughter and there is no tab under the tabletop also unable to use on low carpet only tiled floor.

I purchased this for my grand-daughter. I thought I would be making a good purchase souly due to the brand Baby Einstein. I was sadly disappointed when I seen the only direction she could move was forward and backwards. not sure if mine is faulty or if this is how it's made. I did like the hoops on each side as I could add toys. she became very bored with the few items her little fingers were strong enough to play with at the time. The airplane was just a waste of space as children of this age can be fascinated with anything they can move with their developing hands and fingers. Lesson; I will never take for granted the quality of something based on a name I thought I could trust!!

Not safe! No longer using it…Walker flipped over with the baby in it. A 14 month old non Walker (preemie baby) shouldn’t be able to flip the Walker while in it.

It stopped working within a few hours. I thought it was the batteries. I finally bought new ones thinking that was the problem but still nothing. Highly disappointed! It was already put together it would've been a pain to unassemble and return to store.

We have most of the baby Einstein items and decided to try the walker since we love all the other products. It works well on the hardwood floor areas, it’s cute and simple; however, we have really plush carpet and it does NOT move what so ever on the carpet, which is a huge letdown because the wheels are really tiny and have zero movement on the carpet. It just sits most of the time as a carpet ornament since there is more carpet throughout our home than hardwood areas.

Absolutely awful. First off the locking mechanism to attach the wheels to the base is dysfunctional at best. The holes don't line up at all so it won't snap into place. Secondly, the seat which is "adjustable" just bunches the seat up in the back and pushes your baby forward at varying degrees of an extreme slant. Extremely uncomfortable and can't possibly be safe.
