Hard and uncomfortable
Really hard to install. We’ve installed 4 car seats between our cars and kids. This was the worst. After finally getting it in there safely, 4 year old complains it’s uncomfortable after a few minutes of driving. He’s an average height and weight and hates the seat

Worst car seat I’ve ever had to install. Couldn’t get the latch system or the seat belt to tighten. Harness is wayyyy too small for my 43lbs 3yr old. Will be returning.

No as described in size
I wish I had read the reviews before buying. All is correct are n not as described : harness super is short, head area is a great idea but flimsy so that’s not safe, the separation of backing and seat is so loose that it doesn’t stay upright when my kid sat on it when I 1st opened and placed it on the floor. So now I’m looking for another car seat.

DO NOT BUY!!!!
The harness did not fit my 38lb 4 year old. It was way too tight in the crotch area and I extended it as much as I could. The straps from the harness became undone somehow and slip off the hook…. This carseat is a nightmare. I will be returning. These safety features need to be fixed or issue a recall.

This car seat saved my son's life.
I was ina car seat recently and this saved my son’s life. My car was T-boned from the passenger side and my son was in the backseat on that side. He is looking at me now, alive and well, and it is only because of this car seat.

Straps are too short
Straps are too short and do not accommodate the highest strap settings. My son can’t use it even though he fits the height and weight requirements. It is too tight against his chest and can’t buckle the chest clip due to it being too short.

The back will NOT stay on. I have done everything!! I've read instructions, reviews, youtube videos, tiktok videos. This seat is absolute garbage & a HUGE safety risk. All I keep seeing from other reviews is that the majority of people that have purchased this seat have the same issue. It doesn't "click" into place. You'll think that you have it assembled correctly but if you so much as poke it the back falls off. If I'm seeing this many reviews stating the same thing then I feel that they should all be recalled. So disappointing!!!!

Harness straps too short.
DO NOT BUY IF YOUR CHILD IS 4+ YEARS OLD AND YOU PLAN ON USING THE HARNESS STILL. Hopefully you’re not like me, and you read reviews before buying. Because who knew a car seat company would make the harness straps too short???? I cannot even buckle my 5 year old in.

Straps are not long enough
Straps don’t adjust, it might fit a toddler between the ages of 1-2. My toddler is 3 and the straps are extremely tight. Definitely don’t recommend!

Poor head rest adjustment
Overall it’s nice comfy for my child but the back head rest does not go down any lower than it should to protect my child’s head if a collision were to occur. Definitely this should be recommended for toddlers at least maybe 3+ yrs also depending how tall your child is of course but not for any younger
