Q: Is the mattress height adjustable when it is put together as a crib? Concerned for having to lean over to far being a shorter person, and the baby falling over the rails as he gets bigger.

A: Yes it is you can still adjust after setup.

Q: What crib mattress fits this 4 in 1 crib? I haven't seen anything bigger than 27.75'' wide and this is listed as 39'' wide.

A: The correct dimensions are 55.75"L x 30.625"W x 39"H. It looks like the height is listed. Any standard crib mattress should fit this crib.

I got the natural/white version and while it's beautiful, it really isn't the color pictured. Otherwise, it's a nice product and my husband and I put it together in less than 20 minutes. It only has one piece that converts it to a toddler bed which is nice.
"Chestnut" color much lighter than picture

The photo and name "chestnut" is misleading for the color of the crib frame. I would call it "honey." I wouldn't even describe it as medium-tone - it's quite light, just darker than the unstained "natural" part. The reason I chose this crib was because, as pictured, it would be close to the other wood furniture in the room. It's completely wrong for that, so I'd end up with three colors of wood in the room. I understand that getting true colors on an internet photo is difficult, but this wasn't even close. It's not going to even make it out of the foam and strapping, so I can't speak to any other qualities of the crib. Now for the struggle of getting this to a store to return.

I ordered this crib because of the two tones (natural and white) in the advertised picture. Even in my photo it looks more two-toned than it actually looks in person. The key descriptor is "white-washed". My husband put it together before I saw it out of the box so we're stuck with it now...really disappointed. He did note that the assembly was easier than with our old crib that was purchased in 2007.

I'm really disappointed with the quality of this crib and my interactions with the manufacturer.
The crib we received arrived damaged, with a large nick to the finish. I contacted the company and asked them to send a replacement. They sent a replacement part, which was also damaged. It had a similar nick in the finish. It was well-wrapped in bubble wrap, so I would have to assume that they sent the part without checking to see if it was damaged first. I'm now waiting on a replacement for my replacement... what a waste of time and money.

I've been looking for a crib with earthy tones which was kinda hard to find. I suppose I'm picky about the right color I wanted for my crib to match my nursery, but this Sprout crib is perfect. I like the two tone colors which is different and the style. Easy assembly was a plus!

We really like the look of this crib and it was relatively easy to assemble. We did make one mistake during assembly but it was a quick fix so it took about 30-45 mins total. Seems sturdy and looks just like the picture.
