This does help somewhat with energy. However, the high alcohol content of it makes my acid reflux act up pretty bad.

Although I do take other supplements, Olive is the one that keeps my energy level constant without any downer effect afterward. Due to high stress level I encounter at work, I use it to keep me on even -keel all day. I mix it in my tea and drink that all day. It just works great!!
