Metallic flakes coming off silver balls
I have only used this about four times with the oil recommended, and just as another reviewer noted, metallic flakes started coming off the balls and all over my skin when I used it today. Ugh. This issue needs to be resolved. I definitely do not recommend.

Wanted to love this but I just don't. Great idea, feels comfortable and seems to increase circulation but the balls started shedding little metallic flakes on the first use and after almost 2 weeks of consistent use, with the oil, l've seen no changes.

Honestly, I don’t use it as much as I should to see the difference. When I do use it, silver paint chips flake off the rollers onto my skin which turns me away from wanting to use it, or from helping me believe in the product.

Rickety, loud, and pulls hairs
I wanted to love this as I do a lot of self massage at home and have tried different balls and rollers, but this is not smooth at all. It's rickety and loud and I can't use it on bare skin as it will catch hairs and pull or just feels uncomfortable and not relaxing at all. The noise alone is grating. Not an inspiring, relaxing or quality product.

Interesting Massage Roller
I have been using it on and off, so I don't have much to say:). When I use it, it is easy to use, doesn't hurt, and probably, like with everything, I need to use it regularly to see any results. Hence, the only that stops me from using it regularly is the first effect. It is too cold for my body when I use it:). Then it gets warmer, but the first shocking cold effect is not pleasant and my brain tells me not to use it:). Also, it makes such a noise when rollers roll, as if I am scratching against the metal. But that is not a deal breaker. Just a few things I noticed about this product.

Silver flakes from the balls all over skin
The first time I used this there was almost a shimmer all over my stomach. I thought I’ll try it a couple more times to confirm it was the product and more and more the squeaky device keeps shedding little bits or tiny metal particles all over my skin. Here’s an image of some of the flakes in the device after using for a minute.

Not helpful
The roller balls squeak and feel cheaply made. I pinched my skin several times and it did nothing after several times using and following the video / using the oil. I have a dry brush and I’m pretty well versed in lymphatic drainage and methodology. This roller literally does nothing and it sort of feels weird. Also- when you first use it the roller balls are so cold it takes your breath away. Takes a while to warm up too.

Fits wonderfully in your hand
The ergonomics of this are great! It fits comfortably into the palm of your hand and is not at all awkward to hold and use like some rollers are. Rolls smoothly and seems well made so far!

Feels so nice!
I love this roller, it feels super nice on the skin. I had to look up more on lymphatic drainage to make sure I was doing it properly, but overall it seems to work well. I'm excited to see results!
