disneyland approved! even amidst sweat, activity, and long hours under a high UV index, I didn’t get sunburnt. it didn’t run into my eyes at all even while sweating. it is a little tacky (it doesn’t fully absorb/feel dry since it’s water resistant), but it isn’t heavy. I have acne/oily skin and this didn’t break me out. it is not cosmetically elegant or comfortable to wear the way japanese/korean sunscreen is, but it’ll get the job done.

I know it was this product because I was using it on my neck as well and in my 28 years of like I have NEVER broke out on my neck— until I used this. Ultimately, my skin or skin type (combination skin) didn’t agree with it.

After using Banana Boat Sport Face Sunscreen Lotion SPF 50 for a few weeks, and I’m really impressed with its performance. When applying, it goes on smoothly and sinks into the skin within a minute or two without leaving a greasy or heavy residue. That’s a huge plus for me, especially before a workout or outdoor activity! In terms of protection, it does exactly what it promises. The SPF 50 formula holds up well even during this intense Texas sun exposure. I’ve worn it during several outdoor games, and I haven’t experienced any sunburn or irritation. It’s also water- and sweat-resistant, so I don’t have to reapply constantly. The texture is lightweight, so it doesn’t clog my pores or cause breakouts, which is a major win for a facial sunscreen. It layers well under makeup or on its own and doesn’t "pill" up. The scent is mild and clean—nothing overpowering or chemically smelling. It fades quickly after application, which I appreciate since I don’t want to smell like sunscreen all day. So far, I have used it as a spectator at 4 different swim meets, under different weather conditions, and 2 days at Disneyland. No burns or raccoon eyes! It goes on very light and is not greasy at all. I forget I'm wearing sunscreen shortly after it goes on. I also haven't experienced any burning in my eyes when I perspire, which tends to happen with other sunscreens I've used...Another plus in my books!

It doesn’t leave an innatural white film on your face and doesn’t appear to clash with my skincare. It doesnmt pill or cake and that’s a plus. The packaging is compact and appears to be secure enough, so it’s easy to take along for quick touch ups theoughout the day. It’s one of my new favorite facial sunscreens that can be bought at a reasonable price.

The scent is very light you’ll only notice if you really try to. The packaging is nice and it doesn’t come off with your sweat and make your eyes burn like other sunscreens. Totally recommend!

Packaging is the iconic banana boat bottle - bright orange with blue cap so it’s pretty quick to spot. There is a faint sunscreen smell, not a big bother and it does make me wonder if it is sensitive skin friendly. Still, great travel size and I’ll be bring it with me on my vacation trips

It comes out as a white cream, but absorbs and stays clear! (Beware if you put mineral SPF foundation on top, the foundation mineral will show more white than usual).
