The thing I crave/miss most about real pasta is the texture. I've tried other "healthy" pasta alternatives--gluten free, regular+protein added, rice/soybeans, etc--their textures are anywhere from too gummy, slippery, grainy, and mushy. Banza is the best one I've tried so far--it's got a nuttier fla...see moreof the reviewer's review

This is hands down my favorite pasta. I used to eat regular pasta, but I just was never a big fan. I found this one day and thought I'd give it a try for the protein and fiber content, and I was hooked. It's not the same as regular pasta, but I love the nutty flavor and slightly chewier texture.
