So originally I started buying this pasta as a healthier alternative after trying all the other pastas that taste like cardboard. I couldn't believe how good it is. We prefer this pasta over others. I take it to potlucks (pasta salad) and no one notices that it's plant based. What they do notice is that the pasta tastes great and I often get asked which pasta I used. I love it! Does take a bit longer to cook but it's worth it.

Quick cooking with awesome flavor and texture! All of my pasta is Barilla High protein pasta! Won't use any other kind anymore! :)

Tastes amazing! My family was so pleased its protein plus & I am happy to serve them what they like to eat. I'm having a little bit of trouble finding it again , but I won't run out again that's for sue. Excellent taste, easy preparation, I just love knowing it get protein from peas, lentils, & chickpeas. I've recomended iit to so many friends & family, I'm having to hunt for it now.

It did not disappoint.

I usually buy chickpea/lentil pasta, but I decided to try this because I miss the texture of regular pasta. This stuff is really good! It tastes just like regular pasta and the texture is almost exactly like it too. Plus, it's less expensive than most chickpea and lentil pastas.
