  • A: Hello - Thank you so much for your interest in the Nail Polish and Makeup Remover Pads! The Premium rounds are dual-sided. One side is a smooth layer of spunlace which is a thin layer of 100% cotton that delivers added strength and eliminates lint. The other side is a soft embossed layer of cotton that is more gentle. The Up + Up brand did not measure up with their cotton rounds this time around. They fall apart easily and leave cotton residue on your face and hands. The absorbency and softness of the cotton rounds are okay. The product is fairly priced as well.

Very scratchy. I used 2 packs out of 3 and none of them were soft. I cannot wait to be done with these! I bought cheaper brands before, and they have never had the horrible texture that these have.
