Q: Does it chime on the hour? Does it do the Westminster Chime? And is there a sensor that disables the chime when the room gets dark?

A: This clock does chime on the hour and it does chime Westminister. There is no sensor when the room gets dark, but you can set it to not chime at night when you are sleeping for a duration of time.
