Q: Is there a way to adjust the brightness when it’s plugged in, or is full brightness the only option?
A: Hi Leigh B. Thank you for your interest in our Westclox Digital Color Fade Alarm Clock. MODEL #72084. In terms of adjusting the brightness on the clock's display, unfortunately you cannot. The brightness that the clock gives off will provide you with the same amount of light whether or not the clock is using electricity or is being operated by batteries. Q: Hello Aaron, You previously advised me to do a hard reset to get the clock to stop blinking. That worked but now when I try to hold the light button to turn off the light the clock resets. How fix?
A: Casey, thank you so much for providing us with feedback on the outcome of the HARD RESET process with your Westclox Digital Color Fade Alarm Clock. MODEL #72084. Casey, since the HARD RESET process appears to not have resolved the issue, then there could either be a defect inside of the clock or it would need to be reset in another manner. Q: My temperature is reading Celsius. How do I change it?

To change the temperature from Celsius to Fahrenheit, Press the ( + / - ) button to select either "C" for Celsius or "F" for Fahrenheit. That's all there is to it. Q: Is the temperature indoor or outdooe
A: Hi Arp. Thank you for your interest in our Westclox Digital Color Fade Alarm Clock White. ( MODEL #72084) Arp, our Digital Color Fade Alarm Clock can be used either indoors or outdoors. The preference is yours. The temperature on the clock will display the degrees where ever it is located. Plus, the display can be set to show the temperature in either Celsius or Fahrenheit. Q: I plugged the clock back in after a few weeks away. Now it flashes the light on and off and all pixels blink on and off. How can I reset the clock back to normal?
A: Hi Casey. Thank you for your interest in our Westclox Digital Color Fade Alarm Clock White. We are very sorry to learn that you are having an issue with it. Casey, sometimes when there is a malfunctioning issue with one of our clocks, we ask that our customers perform a HARD RESET which is very easy to do. This procedure is listed in some of our user manuals and is recommended if you are experiencing any problems with the light, display, settings, or any other functional issues. Casey, to troubleshoot this issue please proceed by doing the following: Unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet. Then remove the batteries (if installed) for one minute. Afterwards, press the SNOOZE button 2 - 3 times (This will drain any residual electricity.) NOTE: It is highly recommended that you repeat this procedure again after about 30 seconds or so. Casey, once the procedure was done a second time then reinstall the batteries or plug the clock back into the outlet. Casey, please make sure to insert 2 fresh alkaline “AAA” batteries and that the batteries match the + / - symbols inside. Once the HARD RESET process is complete then the clock should perform normally. Casey, please allow some time for the clock to reset itself after the HARD RESET process is complete and see if there have been any changes or not with the clock’s performance. Q: Can this clock be hung on the wall?

(MODEL# 72084) Hector, this clock is more of a bedside / desk clock and its size is equivalent to that of an NHL Hockey puck. Therefore, it wouldn't be large enough to hang on a wall. Q: Does it have a radio

Q: How do you regulate/adjust the temperature to correctly match the room it is in? My alarm clock is way off (reading at 73.5 when the a/c is at 67). Please help! I've pulled the batteries to reset- but does not correct the issue.

In response to your question, you are not able to regulate and/or adjust the temperature on your clock to correctly match the room that it is in. Reason being: AC temperatures and humidity levels are not perfect even throughout a room. There are some subtle variances. Therefore, the temperature near a window or an appliance for example will affect the temperature displayed on the clock if it is placed directly by the AC vent.
