Here are the steps: 1. Enter Setting Mode: Press and hold the TIME & DATE SET button for 3 seconds. 2. Time Format: Use the + / – buttons to select either 12-hour or 24-hour format, then press SET. 3. Hour & Minutes: Use + / – to adjust the hour, press SET, then adjust the minutes and press SET. 4.
