Babs, to turn the alarm ON, Press either the ALARM 1 or ALARM 2 button. NOTE: Check the ALARM ON Indicators. To turn the alarm OFF, press either the ALARM 1 or ALARM 2 buttons as needed until the indicators are no longer illuminated on the display. As for the length of the SNOOZE function on our clock, unfortunately it cannot be changed. Judy, when the SNOOZE bar is pressed when the alarm is sounding - the alarm will be silenced temporary. However, it will resume sounding after 9 minutes until the SNOOZE bar is either pressed again or if you turn off the alarm manually. A: Hello, As for the dimming capability for our Westclox MODEL #80227WM 1.4" LED Display Alarm clock it only provides you with 3 dimming options. DIM, MEDIUM and BRIGHT. Unfortunately, the screen on this particular clock cannot be dimmed completely. Thank you for your question and best regards!

CLR, I sincerely apologize for the delay in responding back to you. Please know that your question does matter. Therefore, I would be more than happy to answer this question for you. Our Westclox MODEL # 80227WM, clock, which is the one that you are referring to with the 2 USB Charging Ports unfortunately has only FM radio band capabilities. So you wouldn't be able to receive any AM radio stations bands on this particular clock. As an FYI, when using the radio please note that the FM radio antenna is a thin black cord on the back of the clock. So for the best performance please make sure that the cord is fully extended and is not twisted.
