  • A: Yes! The brightness is adjustable. You can tap anywhere on the top of the clock when it's sitting a nightstand, table or other surface to choose your preferred brightness. You can tap on the top as well to snooze the alarm when it's sounding. It's labeled "snooze" on the top as well to indicate the general area you can tap for snooze or adjusting the brightness.

    Great at first, but stopped working quickly

    I loved that this has the temperature and date. I liked that I could use batteries or a usb plug. It stopped working after about 2 months. The display showed only half of all the numbers. It wasn’t the batteries and stayed that way when plugged in. I had to return it.

    Piece of crap

    This clock has 3 brightness settings and at first works fine but eventually even the brightest one is hard to see in daylight. After about a year or so, on both of these clocks we bought, one of the LED sections went out and so the numbers displayed incorrectly (i.e. a 7 looked like a 1 because it was missing the top part). I ended up throwing them both away.

    I’m sure it’s a fine alarm clock but it’s not actually battery operated, the batteries are only for “backup”, so the pictures are all misleading because the alarm clock literally could not be sitting standalone on a counter like that without being plugged in as is shown. I wanted an alarm to sit on my bookshelf :(

    Runs slow

    I really liked this for a couple years (and still like the look and simplicity of it) , but then I noticed that it’s not actually keeping time accurately anymore. I’ll reset the time and a few weeks later notice it is a minute or two behind. Also, the alarm buttons have been malfunctioning lately. Perhaps they’ve worked out these bugs with newer versions of this (I’ve had since about 2021), but I’m still hesitant to get the same one as my replacement.

    Poor Quality, Not durable

    I bought this clock in september 2024, and it worked fine until around november 2025. The clock randomly started falling behind time, sometimes by 30 minutes, other times by an hour or two. I would not reccomend this clock to anyone looking for something durable and long-lasting.

    Doesn't work

    This clock stopped working after 2-3 months. It ran fast. Unfortunately, Target only warantees its products for 90 days. So, if you would like a clock for a few weeks, this is it. But don't wait to return it, or else you won't get your money back for a defective clock.

    Quality degrades in two years

    I love it for the brightness and the multiple alarms however, after a few years of having it now my alarm will not go off and it switches between am and pm everytime the power goes off. I can't tell which is which either and sometimes it doesn't even charge anymore.
