Q: is there an option to have different alarm sounds to wake up to? or is the alarm a classic alarm beep?
A: The sound of this OUTDATED alarm noise is deterring me from purchasing this product.

Q: Does the blue dot light mean AM or PM? I’ve recently had to reset the time and can’t remember what the blue and white dot each represent.

Q: What are the various soothing sounds?

Q: Why doesn't the dim option selected stay on? I reset before I go to sleep but in the middle of the night it's on full brightness. Whole reason for purchase was this option.

Q: My alarm will go off on Monday, but for some reason will not go off on Tuesday. I dont touch the alarm or chang anything. Any thoughts as to why?

Q: Does the white noise turn off automatically? Is there a timer for this and if so what time length(s)? Or does it just continue until manually turning it off? (if so, does it turn off with the alarm?)
A: The white noise can be left on or set with a sleep timer for 30, 60 or 120 minutes. If the white noise is playing when the alarm sounds, the alarm sound will play. You can also select the white noise or other relaxation sounds as the wake up sound for the the alarm.

Q: If power is interrupted, does the clock stay on displaying the time or is the screen black?
A: The time is not displayed during back up, the time and alarm settings are saved so you don’t have to set them again when the power is back on. Thanks.

Q: The time set button does not work. I am able to set alarms and use all the other features. An alarm clock is useless if I cannot set the time. Do you not have quality control measures in place?
A: To set the time, please hold the time set button for a few seconds till the display starts to flash. If that's not working for you, please contact us at support@hellocapello.com and we can help get a replacement for you.

Q: Just bought the same clock. How do you shut off the alarm if you DO NOT WANT IT TO RING THE NEXT DAY as in a Saturday?? There is nothing about this in the instruction booklet.
A: Hello. To enable or disable the alarms you press the Alarm 1 or Alarm 2 button depending on which alarm you're trying to change. On the display to the left of the time there are two amber lights that will turn on and off to indicate the alarm status. When the alarm sounds, you can press the Alarm 1 or Alarm 2 button (or any other button besides the snooze) to turn it off for the day. When you do that the alarm will be set to sound the next day still. So if you want to disable the alarm, please press the Alarm 1 (or Alarm 2) button and make sure that the amber light on the time display is turned off so no alarm will sound. The details for using the alarm are also on Page 9 of the user guide.
