A: The wireless charging follows the official Qi wireless charging specifications to work safely with all phones and devices that follow the standard including many Android devices and Apple iPhones. The Power Stand offers power to connected devices and the devices themselves manage their power consumption to their own charging protocol. If a connected device is not operating correctly or something is placed on the charger that is not able to be charged Power Stand has foreign object detection and will cut off power for safety.

A: Press and hold the alarm button to set the alarm. The time will flash when the alarm is in setting mode. When the alarm is going off, press the alarm button to turn it off for the day. If you want to disable the alarm so that it won't go off just tap the alarm button to toggle the alarm from being enabled to disabled and on the display the alarm icon will turn on/off. A: There are two alarms that you can set that will sound everyday. There is not an option to set the alarm for weekday / weekend.

A: Hi. If the alarm is sounding and you don't turn if off it will turn off after an hour. The wireless charging offers power to your phone and your phone manages how it utilizes the power to charge its battery. Depending on your phone, the OS and its settings it may slow charging down after the battery is charged to 80% for example.

Q: Removed hard case which I found was a problem with charging as no light appeared. Once I did, the green light came on but it was flashing green and red at the same time. Is there any way to fix it?

A: Power Stand charges any phone with standard Qi wireless charging. I looked up the specs for the Samsung A10e on the Samsung support forum and it says “No. The A10e does not have the necessary hardware built in. It looks like adapters are available that you can purchase.” Since this model isn’t wireless charging capable you’d need to use the USB charging port on Power Stand to charge this phone.

I love this clock/charger. I have a Speck case on my phone and it does charge through the case. The alarm is quiet but I am a light sleeper. The light for time diplay DOES dim--3 settings--many reviewers here must not realize that. You press the button on top once each time you want it to dim. Super easy to set and 2 alarms.

Have to charge ur phone with out the case unless it thin, the alarm is very soft and doesn't have other tones so if ur a heavy sleeper don't get but don't know if it would wake someone who isn't a heavy sleeper cuz that's how soft the alarm is

It just works
What can I say-it works as advertised. I don’t use it as an alarm clock so I can’t really speak to its ability to wake you out of your slumber. I use it to charge my iPhone and tell me the time. Haven’t had an issue with either. I have an Apple MagSafe case so I don’t have to take it off to charge. I will say that it’s slow to charge but I expected that since it’s on the older qi standard. I would’ve taken a star away but it clearly states qi wireless charging on the box. If you want something faster, you’re going to have to get a qi2 wireless charger.

Charger does not work
Found out hard case on cell phone prevents it from working. There was no green light at all. So I removed hard case and green light appeared, but it started flashing green and red light and still wouldn't charge. What do I need to do or is it defective?

Had an issue
I like the idea of this clock and how you can charge your phone. Mine I think might be defective bc the clock every time you use the usb port in the back to charge anything the clock goes to 12:00a and you have to reset the clock. Which you shouldn’t have to do this. I’m not really sure how well the wireless charger works. I used a MagSafe case to test out the wireless charging with my iPhone 15. A green light comes on the clock to let you know that it’s charging. Im actually going to exchange the clock out for the same one to see if the issues I had still happen. If they do it’s going back! If I can I’ll update this post if the issue I have is resolved with the exchange.

It works
It does what it’s supposed to. It charges my iPhone 15 wirelessly and also charges my smartwatch via USB. You can adjust the brightness by pressing the snooze button. This is a nice feature. I haven’t tried the alarm. I just use my phone’s alarm anyway.

I really wanted to like this alarm clock-it has a small footprint, can charge a phone (it includes a little bumper if you have an iPhone mini!), and has a USB port to help minimize the cable clutter. BUT-the alarm itself it so quiet! It doesn't wake anyone up-not even my lightest sleeper. So disappointing. I'll go back to the basic "wood" grain alarm Capello offers-that one doesn't have any bells or whistles, but it's a reliable alarm that is also nice looking.
