No Manual included.
Not happy that the Alarm Clock does NOT include a manual on how to operated. Also, there is NO website address listed anywhere on or inside the box to download a manual. There is a barcode on the bottom of the box, which is rather suspicious that I am not going to use. I did visit the "Sharp website, and of course there were absolutley nothing listed relating to a Sharp (of any model) Alarm Cloc to register the product and / or download a manual. You are on your own if you buy this Alkarm clock. On a side note- I also bought a cheaper Capello alarm clock and amazingly it included a product manual and an address to register the product.

Just Don't.
We wanted a dual alarm clock that would wake us up for work, in case we slept through our cellphone alarms. This IS NOT the clock for that. You can barely hear the alarm and the charging pad will start charging and then stop, even though the cellphone has not been moved. This clock is complete garbage and a waste of money. Just don't even think about buying it unless you want it just to be able to see the time. I do not recommend this at all.

Terrible
The alarm is too quiet to be useful and the speakers are on the bottom of the case so the sound is muffled even further. Terrible alarm clock!

We appreciate your feedback. Please note that most wireless chargers will recommend you remove the case, not just this one. If you want to keep your phone case on, we recommend you stick to wired chargers.

Just a clock.
This thing drops the word "alarm" from alarm clock. I set it off to hear it and even at high volume I bet it wouldn't wake a mouse. I'm sure the charger works great but I was so disappointed in this "alarm" clock that I just boxed it up. I'll be returning to get something that could wake a Snorlax.

Literally exploded
I wish I was making this up, we've had this alarm clock for over a year and it exploded/combusted and left stains on my table. Total safety hazard. DO NOT BUY!

saftey hazard?
was Ok for a bit, had it for less than 2 months before it started to smell like smoke. 90 days to return thankfully. Back to the store it goes.

Alarm makes no sound
Tested both the Alarm 1 and Alarm 2...the alarm is triggered but unfortunately there is no sound at all even on the "Hi" setting! I can tell the alarm is triggered because the light is blinking when the appropriate time comes, but no sound so the sole purpose of the clock is sort of negated. The charging station did work however.

Why doesn't the wireless work on the Sharp Alarm Clock? Placed it in the correct position as picture indicates on Manual . . No good. Phone not charging. Don't recommend to purchase.

Nice clock but the Qi Wireless Charger does NOT work
Clock functions are easy to set and use. Should be heavier but not a big deal. USB chargers work. Qi wirless charging does NOT work well; after 20% charging a red indicator light flashes and the phone stops charging. Very disappointing because I looked for a brand name I recognized. :(

Thank you for your feedback. Please keep in mind the wireless charger is slightly slower than a wall adapter, which with most recent phone models are come with fast-charging technology. The charging station is ideal for overnight charging because it is slower, but will not over-charge your battery, so it can be left on the station longer than you would want to have it plugged in.

Do not buy!
We bought two and within a month the wireless charging stopped working. Then the usb on the side broke off inside the clock. Garbage.
