Do Not Purchase!
In less than a year, it broke. It was infrequently used, I do not believe it broke due to daily wear and tear. Lever will not stay down and it stopped toasting evenly.

My sister got this for me as a gift knowing I wanted it and I absolutely love it. The color cream is nice and goes with everything snd the slim feature for easy counter space sold me. Love it!

Can't trust anything that's one of Target's store brands to be of value.
Worst toaster I've ever used! It doesn't toast evenly at all, with the ends of the bread being almost burnt and the center completely unbrowned. After a couple weeks, it warped on one side. The lever has had a difficult time staying down since day one and less than 6 months later, it completely stopped going all the way down. The only good thing about this toaster is that it fits a long piece of sourdough bread.

I purchased this because I have limited counter space. I really wish this wasn’t plastic. This always seems to toast unevenly. Half of my toast will be perfect and half is untouched. I think I need to look inside at where the heating elements are placed. You shouldn’t have to do that since the entire slot is one piece, but you will need to, unfortunately.

poor excuse for a toaster
Only way to get the toast is to pick up the toaster and shake it over a plate. Otherwise, you burn your fingers on the metal trim. No separate cleanout tray. Toasts OK but is a poor substitue for the 35 y.o. "real" toaster it replaced.

Horrible smell!
Has a horrible burning smell since the first use. I have to set my fan up on full blast pointed at the toaster. The one time I didn't the smoke detector went off in my dorm so now I don't even want to use it. Upset I wasted money on it. Need to get a new one soon.
