Skip this toaster!!!
While it’s gorgeous and space saving, this toaster lacks in every other category! For one, the toasting capabilities are very inconsistent. Two, it doesn’t fit a whole bagel or two large slices of toast. Three, it broke within two months (and wasn’t even used daily). Don’t recommend at all!!!

this is by far the worst toaster I've ever had in my 65 years, this toaster smokes from the beginning of putting toast in and the whole office smells like plastic or chemical or something I will be taking this back unless it's just a glitch in this particular toaster, I bought a toaster for $10 and it's lasted me 8 years this is a piece of crap

Burnt toast on #3
I’ve only had my Bella toaster a week. I wanted a toaster that looked good enough to leave out for every day use. Bella looks so pretty sitting on my counter. She gets very hot & toasty! # 2 .4 is good for me. I was surprised that #3 was actually burnt!! That was a negative for me. Who wants a toaster that the top 3 settings produce burnt bread!?

Listen to the bad reviews. Stick with the good old school designs and don’t be fooled by this upgrade, because it isn’t. It does not fit two sides of a bagel, it barely fits two pieces of bread, and it never toasts evenly. 9/10 times the sides are burnt no matter what setting you put it on so enjoy the smell of burning. Just don’t get it.

PLASTIC toaster!!
Carefully read the product specs to be sure this toaster was not plastic. Though the only material identified is metal, the entire casing is absolutely plastic and the manual even carriers a warning about migrating plasticizers damaging countertops and furniture. Returning it unused. When i asked customer care if I could initiate a request to correct the description for the benefit of other customers (whoops! “Guests”), I was told I could not. Guess I can’t trust shopping at Target.com.

I purchased this toaster as a gift for my wife and myself.. We've gone through 4 toasters in the last 3 months, All crap horribly uneven toasting noisy rate ugly. The Bella is perfect. Amazingly small footprint without looking like a miniature version of something and toasts wonderfully even. Couldn't be happy

Great little toaster
So far I love this toaster! I bought it in the dark purple color. I like that there’s colorful choices. It toasts nicely, very light to very dark. The slim size fits right up against the wall. The sides are cool touch so it doesn’t get too hot during toasting.

Love the design and love the color! So pretty I can leave it on the counter. However it toasts HOT. At level 4 (out of 10) it’s BURNS my food. I mean burns black. It toasts so so hot. But it works and does what it’s suppose to do. I just won’t be needing the other 6 levels!

Bought this model for aesthetics and the slim design, and because I’ve been generally satisfied with other Bella products. However, I wouldn’t recommend this toaster for several reasons. First, it’s not deep enough. Even some standard slices of bread don’t get fully submerged in the toasting element. Second, it’s not quite wide enough to fit two slices of most breads, so it takes twice as long to toast the same amount. Third, there’s no bagel setting, which isn’t a big deal since I don’t mind my outsides crispy. Also, bagels are too large to get fully toasted (due to the shallow toasting element). Lastly and probably most annoying, it doesn’t toast evenly; it tends to burn the edges and sometimes even leaves the middle doughy. Overall, this was not worth the money and I’ll be replacing it with a different brand.
