I wish I’d have read the reviews before I bought this. Yet another customer here either the same issue of the tray/lever not catching when you push it down. My husband threw the box and everything away before anyone used it so I can’t even return it. We’ve legit been holding down the lever while it toasts smh until I find one I can trust.

We have only used it a few times. Probably would give it 5 stars. I have used my Bella for bagel, pop tarts and toast. Worked great! The outside stayed cool and it tucks away under the sink in our little travel trailer. I love the plum color.

This toaster as others here have also said, only worked a few weeks before the heating element quit working on one side! It's worthless now. I've had this toaster for about 3-4 weeks and it is now going in the trash. Buyer beware!! I definitely do NOT recommend this brand.

I purchased this toaster less than two months ago. Because we have a limited space, the compact design seemed like a perfect fit. However, after using it just a couple of times a week, one side of the heating element stopped working, leaving us with unevenly toasted bread. I requested a replacement, but unfortunately, the new unit has the exact same issue right out of the box.
