Horrible awful broke after 2 uses
This toaster is absolute garbage. It broke after the second use. No idea why. Just wouldn’t work after 2 uses. I spent way too much time trying to find an affordable toaster for my kids and I can’t believe the absolute garbage Oster puts out. It feels incredibly cheap, almost like a kid’s toy. Please do yourself a favor and do not buy Oster appliances. This is the first thing I have bought from this company and the very last.

You get what you pay for
This toaster is the epitome of you get what you pay for. It works fine as long as you don't try to toast a piece of bread bigger than a standard, store bought, square sandwich slice. We tend to buy artisan bread, so part of the slice sticks out above the top. Also, it is made of such thin metal, it rattles when you move it around, and looks "cheap" sitting on the counter. When I bought it, I thought, Oh, Oster is a good brand from my childhood. This toaster is not the quality I expected it to be.

Stuck in Bagel Mode
This toaster only works for a short time before it became stuck in bagel mode. Now it does not toast on both sides of the bread.

The toaster should not remain stuck in bagel mode, and it should toast evenly on both sides when the standard toast setting is selected. We recommend trying the following troubleshooting steps: Unplug the toaster and allow it to cool completely for several minutes to reset the internal controls. Ensure the bagel function button is fully disengaged before starting a new toasting cycle. Remove and clean the crumb tray, as excess crumbs can sometimes interfere with proper operation. Plug the unit directly into a wall outlet (avoid power strips) and test again. If the issue continues after these steps, and need further assistance. Unreliable delivery with an absolutelynuseless tracking system. The "technology" is only as good as the people who support it. I suggestb you hire more.], or better people.
After ordering FIVE DAYS ago we have NOT recieved the items ORDERED. The tracking information only shows the order pending. With so many merchants who now have free delivery we simply will NOT use targetb as our go to at nay time in the future.

buyer be warned. this is no good.
very poor quality. I've tried all the settings and the that is either cold or so hard you cant eat it(and cold). I've also tried bread, english muffins and waffles. Im going to return this item. it's no good.
