Toaster issue
Bought toaster from a restaurant supply store. Haven’t had not even 3 weeks. Now it’s not wanting to toast. Push arm down to toast and it springs back up What can we do to get a replacement?

Worst toaster ever!
I ordered this toaster for a gift. It sat unopened for several months and when I gifted it, they didn't tell me for a while that it never worked. It was defective from the factory. The lever wouldn't go down all the way to start the heating. Because it was over 3 months, Target wouldn't accept the return. And Hamilton Beach wanted to charge me $13 shipping to replace it. But the replacement would only have the original one's warranty (only 2 months left on that), so if that toaster quit working, I'd have spent $43 for nothing! I decided to buy a different brand of toaster!
