Ok
Like most toasters and every toaster I have bought the last 10 years. It does not toast evenly. Even if you leave it on the same setting and toast the same type of bread the results will be different almost every time. However, I am sticking with it because I have bought a lot of toasters even a $55 toaster and I run into the same problem no matter how good the reviews are. At least the toasted bread is not sticking to this toaster. My last one everything started sticking, even after it was toasted.

There is no setting that you can choose on this toaster between burnt to black and just barely warmed. Bread on setting 2? Burnt. Bread on setting 1? Barely warmed. Returning it, going to try another brand.

This toaster arrived in perfect shape - plenty of packing material. The preset was exactly as I like my toast; I plan to cook an English muffin next. It's always nice to plug a new appliance in and have it work to your satisfaction!

Very easy for my kids to use and it's easy to clean too with the pop out bottom tray area. We love the bagel function and use it the most. The slots are generously sized for longer cuts of homemade bread.

I’ve been using it for doing bagels, waffles, and toasts - I’m loving it! I like the fact it has the defrost option!
