DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. My ceramic insert cracked after less than 6 months of use and there is nothing the company will do about it. There are no replacement parts available and food leaked throughout the inner electronic part.

This slow cooker is beautiful, love the look but I’m not a huge fan of the function. It gets SO hot, even on low. The outside is hot to the touch and my food was boiling after only being in there an hour or so resulting in a not so good final product. Also, as others have mentioned, the lid doesn’t fit properly (but clearly this doesn’t affect its ability to keep heat in so not a biggie I guess) I’m bummed because I do love the look and it was a great price on sale but I don’t think I’ll be able to keep it.

On third use, the ceramic insert holding the food.cracked when cooking at low 10 hour heat. Disappointing product, and disappointing to have food leaked through the cooker.
