Description
Benadryl Extra-Strength Itch Stopping Gel works when you need it most and provides fast and cooling relief from pain and itching. Made with 2% diphenhydramine HCI topical analgesic, this cooling anti-itch and pain relief gel blocks the histamine that causes minor pain and itching associated with insect bites, scrapes, minor skin irritations, burns, and cuts as well as relief of pain and itching associated with sunburns. It also dries the oozing and weeping of poison ivy, poison oak and poison sumac. This soothing topical gel is intended for ages two and up and is great to keep on hand for Extra Strength Itch Relief during outdoor activities such as camping, hiking or taking a walk with the family.

Q: Why doesn’t this come with a foil seal underneath cap? Anyone can just pick up and use it then put it back on the shelf! Not a good decision by manufacturers. Returned it as soon as I received it!

Seriously the best thing for bug bites. I had a bunch of mosquito bites that wouldn’t stop itching and burning and this gives instant relief. It’s cooling and just one small drop stops all itching. It’s a miracle gel for itching! You get a ton of uses from one tube so it lasts forever.

Excellent product! Went camping and the mosquitoes had a feast. Used benedryl extra strength itchy gel worked fabulous! Goes on cool and smooth no greasy feeling! It’s worth every penny! Packaging is great tells you all you need to know!

This isn’t a gel and the true sense of the word; it’s thin—almost as thin as water. As such it runs all over. It does offer some cooling but not enough to be worth the mess. Definitely will not buy again; will stick with the cream.

This product is great for people who suffer itchy skin. I use this when I get covered in bug bites in the summer. It works great for the money that you pay. There’s really no sense to this packaging is very easy to use and travel with.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used Benadryl cream for years with good effect on mosquito and chigger bites. But this "gel" is just not the proper medium to use. It's not even a gel. It's a a LIQUID that pours out of the tube. and runs down my leg or where ever I try to apply it. (Shaking or massaging the tube does not affect the consistenccy.) I thought I'd found a good deal. I was wrong.

This anti-itch gel is legit! It is easy to apply and works quickly! I used it on a poison ivy rash on my ankles. I had been using something else, but wasn’t getting relief. After minutes of applying it, I felt relief. I recommend this product and would definitely buy it again.
