The texture is smooth, they dissolve easily and smell and taste good. Directions are 3 gummies per day. Safe packed and fair price. Highly recommended these pro/prebiotics to anyone. I love that they're gummies because I have a harder time swallowing pills, so this makes it way easier to stick with. The taste is actually pleasant, not overly sweet and they don't have that weird aftertaste some supplements do. I've been taking three gummies twice a day, they've been really gentle on my stomach. No bloating or discomfort, which is something I was a little worried about with a fiber supplement. It's still early, but I already feel like they're helping me with regularity and just keeping things moving better overall. What's also great is that these have prebiotics, which support gut health in a more complete way. I'm definitely planning to keep using them to see how things improve over time

These are so convenient compared to the drink mix and work just as well. The flavors are alright, not a huge fan of the orange but that's just personal preference. I bought these in place of the powder and it does have a steeper price but the ease of use makes it worth it.
