Just 1 scoop a day is all that you need to maintain the best results. This flavor is watermelon lemonade which i add to cold water to have a refreshing mid morning drink. I prefer to add ½ scoop stir and then add more water and rhe remaining of the scoop this way I found has made it so you dont have any clumps. I definitely recommend this product if you need a boost to your gut support.

This delicious drink mix has triple energy support with prebiotic fiber for metabolism, B-vitamins for cellular energy and ginseng to support mental energy. All of these are a plus during the early days postpartum when sleep is in short supply and your body is trying to figure out how to heal and support this new role. I've been taking it in place of coffee during the 3PM slump and have definitely noticed a difference. So far trying this has been much better advice than to sleep when baby sleeps ‹ because often he doesn't and neither do the older two.

It would have been better if it were strawberry or raspberry maybe. It didn't really have a heavy additive flavor to it or a bad aftertaste. It also came with its own scoop which is great. I don't have to search for a spoon and guess at how much I'm adding to the water.

I personally wasn’t the biggest fan of the taste, it’s not bad/terrible but personally not my favorite flavoring but it doesn’t taste like grass so I’ll take it!

I’m not sure if I felt any sort of improvement in my health though after drinking this almost every day for a month. I would probably continue to try it to see if more time is needed to feel any benefit.
