However, I did have to go through to the bottom of the container with my fingers to find the scoop through the mix. I would not buy this product.

However , I wasn’t a fan of the taste I spit it out at first not going to lie . But I tried again and it’s not the worst as long as it’s cold . It really helped a lot with my tummy. I would recommend this . I can’t say I have noticed any changes in my skin which I was hoping for the most but the other results are worth it .

I take mine with water but it would be good in smoothies too. I haven’t noticed a difference in my skin but my stomach does feel better on a day to day basis.
