I have different primers including Tatcha, Hourglass Veil, Mac and Lancôme. My skin is very textury, so I have been experimenting with different combinations. I actually liked the look more when I doubled up on the primer using this after I applied Tatcha or after Hourglass Veil. It didn't pill for me and my make up (Doublewear) looked much smoother than when I have skipped it. Will keep using!

I got a good price on this, but it is pricey for what it is. It has a velvety texture, is colorless, and it blurs pores. The issue I had was the pilling or balling up. I don't leave the house without skincare and a high SPF- this does not play nicely with any of it. I've had far more success with elf's matte Pore Putty Primer, so this is just ok.

Despite great reviews, I found this primer difficult to apply. When I try to spread it on my face, it rolls up into little balls. If I accidentally apply too close to eyebrow hairs, it looks like dry flakey skin on my eyebrows. Maybe I don't have the right skin type? I've tried with different moisturizers and without any moisturizers, and get the same difficulty with application. I'll stick to smashbox spray primer or smashbox primerizer. They are fool proof and don't add time or frustration to my mornings.

I got this because it was in the most popular category. I have no idea why. All it does is make your face look cakey and leaves a sandy texture on your face. It will separate your makeup and it feels awful. This is the first review I've ever done on a beauty product and I buy a lot of them. It really is that bad! Definitely money wasted. DO NOT BUY IT.

It's a pretty good primer. It goes on nice and it's kind of soft on my skin and blends nice. However, it does pill a little and it's a bit pricey. Benefit also tests on animals which is a downside.

I am 64 yo and I have large poors in the T-Zone. I have tried primer after primer and nothing does better than Benefit's primer. It goes on smoothly and the best part is the fact that it is tinted. Best primer ever!!!!

this is hands down the best smoothing primer I have ever tried. a little bit goes a long way. just apply where you need it not all over. immediately see a difference. pores disappear. does not feel heavy on the skin at all. does not disrupt foundation. will forever repurchase

I don't even need foundation with this. It instantly blurs my pores, fine lines and blotchy skin. I just apply, dust with fine powder and I'm out the door looking almost flawless. Love!
