The packaging fits perfectly in my fridge once opened and the texture was actually really nice! Almost buttery! It works for all styles of cooking! Always going to use from now on!

This is a fantastic choice for anyone who loves their veggie broth base or doesn’t want a meat broth base. The garlic taste is definitely there but doesn’t overpower the dish and overall it’s a fantastic option to save time on dishes that require minced garlic. Huge fan and totally recommend!

I typically buy the better than bouillon Costco’s sized jar and we absolutely love it but having the a new option that add garlic, put a new layer into my cooking! It’s very salty, so beware of the amount of salt added to dishes with it, but it has a lovely garlic flavor that melts right into the food. A little goes a long way, so this will last me a good amount of time. I’ll definitely use this up and consider buying it again in the future!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing I noticed when opening the jar was the lovely roasted garlic scent. I took a little taste before cooking with it and was pleased with the flavor. It's salty, as is all bouillon, but the roasted garlic flavor comes through nicely. I decided to use as a steaming base for whole crab because the delicate crab meat would really let the bouillon flavors shine. It was a perfect combination and probably would have been even better with clarified butter but it was gone before that thought occurred to me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never used these types of concentrated bouillon especially in a liquid form. I was nervous to try since it was foreign to me. I decided to try this versus a regular chicken stock in a meal and it was pretty easy to use. I would in the future coat the tsp to scoop so it doesn’t stick when trying to measure. I used warm water versus cold or room temp to mix so it mixed easier. It did take a little bit before it mixed properly. I like that the company has a website for recipes on how to use this. The taste was really great but keep an eye on salt for your recipe with this added in. The meal I used this on, I usually have to add a little extra salt as I’m cooking. I refrained when making this and I’m happy I did. No additional salt was necessary. I will definitely look into purchasing more from this brand in different varieties.
