[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mix is pretty good! I generally make my cookies from scratch, but if you're not up for that, this mix is a quick alternative to that. My kids had a great time rolling it out and cutting out the cookies. The mixing process is simple- room temp butter, an egg, and some water and they mix right up- its fairly sticky, but easy enough to work with if you keep some flour handy. They taste fine, just standard gingerbread cookies. Definitely a good easy baking project for kids.

Easy to bake, delicious, no-frills gingerbread
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are so easy to make and super tasty! There are instructions on the package to make either rolled out cookies or ginger snaps. I halved the dough and did both. I found the ginger snaps to be easier to make as you just had to roll in a ball and lightly flatten with the bottom of a glass. The rolled cut out cookies took a bit more effort. Both cookies were delicious. My husband and I both enjoy gingerbread so this is something that we will likely repurchase during the holiday season .

First of all, it was so easy to prep and make. My 6 year old loved helping me and the dough was in the oven quickly. We did simple shapes—hearts and circles— and then frosted with store bought vanilla frosting and threw some sprinkles on them. So yummy and made me so excited for the holiday season! Will for sure repurchase.
