This tea seems to grow on me to the point that everytime I want tea and think I might like one of the other teas from Bigelow, I always end up with the Earl Grey Black Tea. Just made some for my evening tea.

I love this tea so much I had to look up who makes it and write a review on their page, which I don't do often. This is the only Earl Grey tea that I've found (at least where I live) that is made with natural bergamot oil, instead of artificial bergamot flavor or "essence", and the taste is just *absolutely* delicious. I love drinking it in the morning for an energy and mood boost, it makes me more calm and relaxed, but also slightly more energetic without giving me nervous jitters like coffee does. Sometimes me and my roommate have "tea time", where we sit on the couch and treat ourselves with hot cups of this tea in particular, accompanied with some orange, vanilla or cinnamon cookies (highly recommend.) My roommate had never tried this tea before I introduced it to her and she also loves it. I'm overall very satisfied with Bigelow's Earl Grey, I drink a fair amount of tea and this is my absolute favorite, the taste is very comforting to me. I also hope they never stop using natural bergamot oil because I think that's probably what makes the flavor so special, as well as the care and attention to quality Bigelow has with their products, which to me is very apparent in everything from the nice packaging to the taste of the tea itself. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone, you will not regret your purchase. And as an extra note, I've been drinking this tea for a while now and thankfully I personally haven't noticed any significant or noticeable change in the flavor so far, like some other people here where commenting. I find it as delicious as ever and I hope it stays that way!

I ordered two boxes of this item, but one of them had been opened and was taped shut with a label. Personnel need to be better trained to not use items like this to fulfill a curb side order. If I had been in the store, I would not have picked up the box. I had to inspect the items carefully, and although all contents were contained, you wonder whether the contents were tampered with. Remember, Tylenol folks, do better.

Not exactly caffein free! They are adding licorice root in here. When someone is opting for a caffeine free option don’t sneak other stimulants in there. Keep it simple, it’s ginger!

I tried Earl Grey thanks to Captain Picard from Star Trek. He always asks for "Tea. Earl Grey. Hot". So I bought this once, curious about it. Turns out, there is a reason Picard is the best Captain. This tea is delightful as heck! Since then I have tried many brands, even famed blends from England. Nothing compares to Bigelow. This still is the best and I firmly believe it is because of the Bergamot farm they partner with in Calabria, Italy. First thing I do when opening the foil packet is shove that tea bag right to my nose and inhale. It's so good. You don't need to be fancy with it! Hot water. Tea bag. A tiny bit of sugar if you like but its just so good without too. Give this stuff a try. It's the reason Captain Picard is one of the most celebrated captains!

I used to get occasional heartburn from acid reflux during sleeping hours. A cup this tea before bedtime seems to prevent this. I’m not an expert on probiotics but I can say that this tea makes me burp, and I’ve had just one episode of heartburn since starting with a nightly cup about eight months ago. Not the best herbal tea I’ve ever had but very drinkable considering the benefits.
