I used to love this oil but I’m not sure what they did, this new bottle smells so much like citronella. It used to have more of the calendula scent but now I smell like I’m wearing bug spray. I still like the feel but will not be buying again.

I had read so many wonderful things about this oil for scars. I do not have sensitive skin and have never reacted to any other lotion or skin product in over 50 years. However, shortly after I applied this oil I broke out in multiple hives. In addition, it has a very strong scent. If you are going to try it I suggest you apply to a small area first to see if you react in any way.

I used an entire bottle for over a month and saw no changes in my stretch marks. I do like how the oil makes my skin feel and look aside from not helping with stretch marks. The scent is also pretty strong.

I've used this 2x a day for 3 months as suggested on 2 scars. I haven't seen any difference in how they look. One scar is fairly recent, one is a few years old. The oil smells nice and moisturizes well so I will continue using.

Apparently, there has been a recent-ish formula and scent change. Still, this one I just purchased has a scent so strong! I had to wash it off, so I could go to bed. Not only is the scent strong, it’s not a pleasant fragrance at all. Unsure if I am able to return, as I’ve tried it, but I am gonna try. I will say, it did absorb quickly! Huge plus compared to other products. However, the smell is so awful and upset my asthma.

No idea if this works on scars but it definitely helps lock in moisture (use it sparingly WITH a moisturizer) and doesn't make me break out or look oily. My rx retinoid worked much better for scars but dried me out so bio oil is a life saver when it comes to moisturizing
