Most of the time I’ve found no benefit from icy hot-like creams and patches but this one did leave my achy areas feeling soothed. There’s no extreme tingle or scent, and the patches adhere well. Only downside is it’s really hard to get onto your back by yourself without it rolling up on you.

They really helped a lot! They stayed in place very well unlike some patches I have used in the past. They did not have a strong odor so that is a plus! They were easy on and easy off. They work to relieve pain with lidocaine being the main ingredient. I felt a huge difference in my pain level. It works! I will be purchasing more of these and highly recommend the product.

It was also easy to take off and didn’t leave any residue. There is no strong smell and it didn’t irritate my skin at all. It is packaged well and isn’t at all dried out when you open it. Great product!

The patches come in individual envelopes, are easy to apply, and stick well to the skin, allowing flexibility/movement. I tried it to soothe some tendinitis pain in my arm and was a bit underwhelmed with the analgesic properties…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Large size patches are great for coverage of back muscle spasms. 3 part plastic removal on medicated side helped to get into place. No scents to flare up allergies. The lidocaine is full strength availability over the counter and doesn't need a prescription. The only drawback was that even using no lotions on the area, the patch began to lose its placement after 5 or so hours of use. Maybe my lower back location rubbed too much while wearing, causing it to slide and crumple together after about 5 hours of wearing.

I like the idea of a patch. I didn’t feel the cooling sensation as much as I do with the actual product in a tube. Was virtually odorless and did not irritate my skin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a pleasant surprise on how well it worked on my shoulder. I expected a strong scent like other biofreeze products I have used in the past, but in the case of this patch it never came. It was simple to apply and held firm for the length of time I kept it on. The product allowed me the ability to move my shoulder in a way that typically caused substantial pain, I had to be cognizant of how I was moving it though to not cause more pain when I took the patch off.
Would use again for lower back pain

They stick very well, don’t smell and didn’t bother my sensitive skin. I just find the pain patches that have the cooling or warming effect work better on confusing pain receptors than just lidocaine.

I don’t like to take pain pills all the time, but I do like to use this Biofreeze Ultraflex lidocaine patch. The relief lasts for eight hours, and I usually will put it on at night. That way I get a very good sleep without waking up in pain. It adheres really well, and it’s not irritating at all. It has four way flexibility this would make it ideal for using on joints that bend. They come in a box of four and a nice silver packaging with the expiration date, clearly marked on the back. I like that it doesn’t have a very strong smell, so you can use them discreetly.
