Save your Money
I bought this vacuum about a year ago and I don’t use it anymore because it’s worst vacuum I’ve ever used. It clogs in both the brush bend and at the canister entry. It makes a huge every time I have to unclog it. It’s loud which is fine but the high pitched frequency is enough to drive a person insane. I wish I knew how this ever made it past the prototype and testing phase. If you’re reading this, I’m confident you can find a cheaper and more effective cordless vacuum.

This purchase is quickly stacking up to be a "I got away with one" purchase. This is a good one y'all. If you want super functional, smooth glide, easy clean up, modern, sleek, durable, great suction etc etc. buy this!!! Can't afford Dyson try this.

Broke after 3 months
There are better vacuums for the money. The suction isn’t great to begin with and doesn’t pick up all of the pet hairs, which is disappointing. Then the brush roll broke after about 3 months (we consistently clean the head and there were no hairs wrapped around it, the brush motor just stopped spinning) and now it doesn’t suck anything up with the brush head attachment. Of course it was outside of the return window, and while there is a warranty, you have to drive to a bissell repair store to see if they will cover it.

Great Machine Great Company
Just bought this last week and it does a great job. I live alone in a 1050 square foot condo with 90% hardwood and the battery last for the entire time I vacuum. Gets under furniture with ease as well. Not to loud and definitely lightweight. Happy with my purchase!!

Not a pet friendly vacuum
This is the worst vacuum I have ever owned. To claim this is a vacuum for pets is ridiculous. The canister fills in seconds. The filters fill after one run (we have one dog, one cat and a 1200 sq/ft home) and all suctioning power is lost. Most times it won’t even pick up stray litter from the cat litter box. I will be going back to my Dyson.

They get the job done at a fair price
I use this at a 42 lane bowling center. We have multiple units and they do great work. They aren't really heavy duty but we manage. Our big three... Good Battery life, Good suction, Interchangeable with the others we have. If you ever create a Heavy Duty version call us... we'd love to test em out for you.

This vacuum… sucks, in a bad way. The battery life can’t even handle an entry way rug. And as for the canister that holds the dirt, the second you turn the device off all the dirt dumps out the bottom

zero suction, won't even suck up a cob web, no wonder it is advertised as tangle free, it does not pick up anything that would tangle

Love Everything Except Battery
Owner of 2 cats here and have hardwood floors. Love everything about it--edge suction, easy to vacuum under furniture, picks up everything in its path--except the battery. Short run time, more like 20 minutes at medium setting. We have 2 batteries and can't do the whole house with both. Also battery recharge is slow.

Battery life is terrible
I'm not someone who vaccums for a long time but the battery dies super fast. Doesn't even last for 30 minutes it seems like. I purchased 2 batteries so I could actually vacuum upstairs and downstairs. Suction is great though and it's pretty lightweight.

I have loved the vacuum so much-its sleekness, power, and lightweight, especially on dog hair-until the battery wouldn't charge. Now i have to invest in another vacuum.It sucks because this had everything I needed.

Bissell Fail
The battery doesn't stay charged long enough to vacuum one floor of my house. So disappointed in this cordless vacuum. I hate wasting money and this was a definite waste of my hard earned money. Never again Bissell.

Ahuts off on low rugs
I thought for being bissell was going to be a win. It’s too light which feels like it doesn’t pick up. I have low rugs and it shuts off. It does not vacuum them. The battery does not last. Had to return it.
