BISSELL Free & Clear 64oz New Family Mess Rescue Multi-Surface Formula

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bissell Crosswave Multi-Surface Free & Clear is a wonderful option for cleaning your floors without pets or humans sensitive to fragrances having a bad reaction. I personally love fragrance, however, I have an allergic reaction to some strong synthetics which limits which fragrances I use. With the Bissell Crosswave cleaner, that was not an issue at all. It comes in a large container at 64 FL Oz. which lasts a very long time, even for floors that have to be cleaned a lot. My floors have been looking rough as I moved not too long ago and have been in the process of moving items to and from storage to arrange them in the home I am at. That has led to a lot of dust, dander and pet fur! I love that this floor cleaner can clean all surfaces, including area rugs! This is incredibly easy to use, does the job of cleaning messes quickly and powerfully without the negative effects of synthetic fragrance!

The solution doesn't have much of a fragrance but I'm completely fine with that as my family is transitioning to using less toxic products. My thoughts were since the solution didn't have any strong harmful chemicals the cleaning power would be limited, I was wrong!! The solution offers a easy but powerful clean which left my floors with a slight shine and streak free renewed look. I would highly recommend it to anyone even if cleaning with a traditional mop and bucket. Overall its a great value especially being able to use for mulisurfaces and a little goes along way.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My hardwood, vinyl, and tile floors are heavily trafficked by my 2 dogs who are in and out of the house all day, as well as my two toddlers. My dogs were of course running around right after I mopped the floors, so I was grateful to have a product that wasn’t harmful to them. It was incredible to see the difference the cleaner made after just a few strokes on my bathroom floors that are white tile. Highly recommend!

With a toddler on the move and making messes everywhere and hands on the floor 24/7, this gives me peace of mind that it won’t irritate her skin. The solution removed most messes almost immediately, even the ones that had been sitting there for a while! I’m impressed! We used it on fruit residue, milk spillage, greasy spills and some other sticky messes. Worked amazingly. The greasy residue took a little longer to get rid of, but that’s to be expected as grease is hard to remove altogether. All in all, color me impressed! Will be a customer for sure!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are a family of 6, with 4 kids 14 years-14 months, so we have lots of meeses and lots of traffic on our floors. We tried the Free & Clear 64oz New Family Mess Rescue solution in the Bissel machine that we already owned. This solution gave a very similar result to other cleaning solutions we have used in thr machine in the past. Our entire first floor is LVP and a large open area, so you can easily see when the floors have crumbs or dirt. This solution left the floors both looking and feeling clean. We spend a lot of time sitting and playing on the floor with our toddler, so this is important to me for them to feel clean. The hypoallergenic formula is wonderful from the standpoint of feeling like my family is safe from harsh chemicals, etc especially my youngest one who spends time playing, crawling, etc on our floors. It definitely didn't have a strong scent, which while I appreciate from a gentle standpoint, I also missed having the floor "smell" clean. I don't tend to like overly strong scented cleaning products, but a light scent helps to add satisfaction to the cleaning process. The solution was great from an effectiveness standpoint, even with a large, messy family and the scent tradeoff is worth it for the gentler option.

I'm impressed with the cleaning power and how it left my floors feeling wonderful. I have kids and pets so my floors get really dirty fast. This did a great job of tackling all the dirt and sticky messes my kids left under the table. The new formula is made with safer ingredients so I feel better about using it around my family. It’s easy to use in my machine and did a great job of cleaning all the dirty floors.

The machine rinse water was satisfyingly dirty, making it evident just how much dirt it removed! As someone who prefers things to smell like nothing instead of smelling like an artificial fragrance, this solution is just what I was looking for. There is a very slight smell if smelling the solution directly, but nothing detectable while cleaning. It does the job and helps provide a clean and healthy home for my family.

This cleaner cleaned well and did not leave streaks and dullness like our previous cleaner. The floors looked great! It also does not have a strong scent like other products. There is the very slightest cleaner scent but its very light and short lived so I'm pleased with it. I have multiple kids and pets so the hypoallergenic formula makes me feel a lot better about them being on the floor right after it's cleaned. I will continue to use this as my main solution now.

I did notice that it felt the same kind and of clean as if I used a harsher solution. I tried it on multiple messes including liquid spills and even a smoothie spill. It cleaned well and I have honestly didn't even notice I had a different solution in my crosswave. All in all, what I loved the most was the fact that it cleaned without the harsh smells.

We have hardwood and tile floors on our main living floor, plus a dog and a 3 year old, so the floors see a lot of action. This solution gets the job done! The cleaning power was impressive and I felt like the floor was perfect with just one swipe of the machine instead of going over it again and again. Our floors take a hit daily - I’m talking dog drool, food that has fallen on the floor, crumbs, splashed drinks - it’s bad, but this solution was streak free and left me with shiny floors and no film or rough odor. It made me feel great knowing if my dog grabs something off the floor or my toddler is scooting around with his cars on the floor that the hypoallergenic formula is a much gentler formula for my family. I really don’t think you can go wrong with this solution. It is now the only solution I reach for when I’m ready to clean. Truly the best part is the free and clear formula with the same tough cleaning ability.

I used it on my tile and wood floors and it does a good job picking up normal messes and leaves everything feeling clean. No foam or bubbling so the machine reservoir is easy to fill. Unscented but not unpleasant and great for those who are sensitive to artificial fragrance. The bottle seems like it will last awhile, too. Overall I was pleased with the product.

And I have a four-year-old so there are a lot of constant and dried on messes to be cleaned up on my floors. Some things I love about this solution is that it is fragrance free and multi surface! I am sensitive to strong fragrances, so it is great that this solution is fragrance free with no perfumes or dyes. It is also phosphate and heavy metal free! That factor also gives me peace of mind with kids walking and crawling on my floor. Anytime I can get toxins out of my house is a win. This cleaning solution is powerful and gentle!! I have used this on my floors with watermelon, fruits and soup spills! It has worked extremely well and I use hot water in my bissell cross wave tank. Although, on the label it does say you can use a mop and bucket for this solution!! Which is great to know if you don’t have a cross wave cleaning machine, etc. note, this is for CROSSWAVE machines only. Overall, this stuff gets the job done well and doesn’t overwhelm my sensitive nose while cleaning with gentle power. I give it a 10/10 and will purchase in the future when I run out. My next project is using this on my area rug! I feel confident it will get the job done. Happy cleaning!
