Q: How many amps is the motor?

A: Not enough to have any suction. I just tried mine for the first time and it is literally garbage. Completely useless.

A: It doesn't suck the water back up, though, so consider that before you start cleaning. Zero suction.

A: Hi Terri. It doesn't have temperature control. You add warm water to the clean water tank with formula when you're ready to clean.

He has been regaining mobility but we've had many accidents particularly on a large area rug. This has been a life saver. Initially right after the cleaning the poop smell did linger but I think that's because it literally sucked it out of the rug. Afterwards our carpet smelled and felt much better! It takes a second to configure it but is easy to use. #sweepstakes

The only problem I have experienced is that it is really, really shrill and loud. My ears rang for an hour after using it for maybe 10 minutes. Maybe it's because I'm old, but I removed my hearing aids before I used it as a precaution. Probably a good thing because if the sound were amplified, it would have been painful. As a general rule, love Bissell products. Just wish this were not quite so loud.
