I have spent an hour trying to find a parts source for this tool and I have yet to talk to a human! All I want is a parts source, a phone number or even a web site that will let me do that! Garbage company.

It wasnt long before the plastic spool cover wore and eventually cracked open and trimmer wire tangled into a wire nightmare. This weed trimmer's plastic spool cover is very inferior and even though the motor and assembly is still intact,it is no good without the spool cover.

Auto feed spool JUNK

Auto Feed Spool set up is pure junk. Spool is approximately half used up and will not feed. Everytime the string breaks off it will not feed and has to be taken apart and new string pushed through manually.

This trimmer/edger is too good for the price. I wasn’t expecting a whole lot given how cheap it was but it handled our yard with ease. It also took down some larger overgrown weeds that we had. They were at least a quart of an inch thick and it knocked them right down.Very happy with the purchase. Additionally, it’s super light weight so my arms weren’t dying the whole time.
Older version of this trimmer a poor performer

Purchased an older version of this trimmer about 4 years ago. Plastic guard broke off after a couple of weeks, and I had to jury rig a way to keep it in place with wire. Line feed is erratic and unreliable. Several times a trimming session I have to remove the spool and manually advance the line.

Hubby and I used to have a Stihl gas powered trimmer. It was strong and did the job well, but then it quit running (had for a long time). It was always too heavy for me to use as I am small framed and 112 pounds. I can handle this electric trimmer much better, though it's never been a chore I like! Hubby can use it quickly and it did work well, except for the fact that it went through quite a lot of string. Overall, good for the price.

I bought this Trimmer to replace a 13 yr old one that died. The price was right and it is easier to handle than the old one. It does a good job and it's nice that you don't have to bump it.
Good product for the price!

I have one of these that is over 20 years old. It was my Grandpa's. But I was the one who mowed his grass. when he died I got it and I still use it every week during the growing season. It'll handle big jobs and little jobs with ease. The only trimmer I have ever used that had more power was a commercial gas unit on my Aunt and Uncles farm. I love this trimmer. It is more reliable a lot of people know. ( wich if you've met these folks isn't setting the bar very high I know. lol! ) Some day when it dies, I will be sad and miss it because it has been a trusty old friend and I've been using it at this point for a little more than half my life. I've had it so long it almost needs a name.
