Using herbal natural
Using herbal natural remedy was what got me tested negative to HSV 2 after being diagnosed for years. I have spent so much funds on medications like acyclovir (Zovirax), Famciclovir (Famvir), and Valacyclovir (Valtrex). But it was all a waste of time and my symptoms got worse. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I picked up the Blistex Cold Sore Kit and I am so glad I did, little did I know a cold sore was right around the corner for me.🥲 It has everything you need in one package and is super easy to use. I like that it helps soothe and protect while also making me feel more comfortable and confident when dealing with a dreaded cold sore. The convenience of having the treatment and pain relief together makes it so easy to treat when one pops up. I will definitely keep one of these kits on hand from now on. I saw improvement very quickly and I feel like it helped nip it before it began to get worse!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that the Blistex Cold Sore Kit contains two different products - one to help speed up the healing time and another one to help relieve the itching and discomfort. I appreciate that this product is dermatologist-recommended, too. However, it’s important to note that I didn’t experience any cold sores before the review window closed on this product so I can’t speak to its effectiveness. It’s also worth noting that Blistex is not a certified cruelty-free brand. They say on their website that they support the elimination of animal testing, but that they sell their products in countries where animal testing is required by law. I only want to support brands that are certified cruelty-free so I cannot recommend this product. I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review.

Cold Sore Duo
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, these two items for cold sore treatment were effective. I struggled to get the pain relief ointment open. When I did get it, a lot of the cream came out, resulting in quite a bit of extra product and waste. It does have a strong numbing effect. If you do get any in your mouth, it will cause numbness and a strange taste. The docosamol cream stung a little bit, but I think that’s because it was doing its job. If you’re looking for results, I would recommend this product.

Worked well

A good edition to a medicine cabinet

I was starting to feel a fever blisters on my lower lip. I put a little bit of Blistex ointment on my fever Blistex morning and night it was gone within days! It felt very minty on my fever blister. I totally recommend the Blistex cold sore kit to whoever has a fever blister. They want the fever blister go away fast Blistex cold sore kit is the way to go!

Great combo kit for cold sores!

I like that they come in aluminum type tubes but do wish they didn't ooze out so easily. FDA approved ingredients and proven to work! Fast acting
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried the Blistex Cold Sore Treatment Cream and the Cold Sore Fast-Acting Pain Relief Lip Protectant, and I’m really happy with them. The lip protectant comes in a small clear tube (it did take me a little while to open), but once applied, it immediately eased the pain from my cold sore. The treatment cream itself is white and easy to apply. When I first opened the package, I accidentally cut into the side and got some on my finger. It has a slight numbing sensation, which was actually reassuring. Between the two, they not only helped reduce the discomfort but also made me feel like my cold sore would heal faster. Overall, I’m pleased with how effective these are and will keep them on hand for future flare-ups. There is no noticeable scent to the product.
