Great for baking! Made blackberry lemon muffins with this almond flour brown sugar substitute eggs and greek yogurt and they turned out super moist and flavorful. Almond flour is my new go-to for healthy baking. Yes it’s a bit pricey but still less than having health related issues :) Will be using it in brownies next.
I love it

Solid brand and consistent quality. I will still sift it before adding to whatever I am baking just for it to be a little "lighter" and typically I add it to a gluten-free flour mix to bulk it up just a tad. If you bake alot or tend to make bigger batches, the bag is on the smaller side, and it will not last super long. But it is a good flour and worth trying.
Too expensive !

didn't realize what a small bag this was for the price. I literally had a small amount left (1/4 cup) after using 2 cups to make keto bread. that's a crazy price for only enough to make one small loaf of Keri bread.

Great for paleo recipes, and making healthier swaps. I don’t have one complaint, and Bobs Red Mill is a great company that I can count on to be consistent and worth the money.

The recipe I was going to make called for Bob’s very fine almond flour. I found it at Target and it’s exactly what I wanted. The recipe turned out great!

I love this non grain flour— it has a not too strong taste so you could use it in many recipes.

It’s a very easy gluten free substitute that’s very yummy. Gives baked goods a slightly “shortbread” nutty flavor. Don’t know how to describe it exactly but very delicious and filling. Definitely made my cookies more filling. I could only eat one cookie which is amazing for my bad eating habits with sweets. Definitely recommend

Mealy like Cornbread

Bought this to make a Keto Bread Microwave recipe I saw online. Really can't blame Bob's Red Mill, but all I can say is that when you "cook" or bake this stuff as a primary "material" in a bread, it's very "mealy", even more gritty than Cornbread (but that's the only comparison I have in my experience), and falls apart pretty easily (although, toasting it did help firm it up a bit). Would I buy it again? Nah. It will find a nice place in my "graveyard pantry" and eventually get thrown away (unless I find another use for it).

I just started to bake with almond flour so have nothing to compare your product with other brands. Have had no problems but prefer the blanched flour over the meal flour. It is not as harsh as the meal.
Really nice almond flour. Great for muffins and other baking!
