I live at 5150' and the high elevation sometimes keeps bread from rising as high as it should. The additional gluten helps my bread raise and keeps the texture light. I recommend it.

I tried a seitan recipe off the internet... Fortunately there is one on the package as well. Life saver! I am now having to make my own, as I am unable to get seitan consistently because of all the reasons we are all too aware of. Thank you for a great product, fast shipping and a helpful recipe to get me going!

I make a lot of whole wheat breads with no white flours, so adding this gluten flour to the dough helps to make the bread come out much lighter with a much better texture and crumb

This product is amazing!! It makes delicious seitan with its texture resembling much like meat. With 70-80% of protein in this product, I can be rest assured that I have enough protein in each of my meal. It makes delicious meatballs when paired with chickpea flour. I highly recommend this product to all vegans and vegetarians! You'll love it, guaranteed!

I have purchased this product in the past to make Seitan. They have been out of it at the stores around where I live. I am glad i was referred to the site it is cheaper then what I was paying in store and there was no change in the quality.
