A: For the 1oz concentrate packets, just pour contents of packet into the refillable Bona cartridge and fill the rest with water and then shake gently to mix. You can also scan QR code on the back of the packets for mixing instructions as well. Best regards, Bona Customer Care Center

I ordered this as a replacement for an old Bona mop that I had for years. When I unboxed, I noticed the pad seemed quite a bit longer than the mop bottom. I can't figure out if the mop was manufactured too short or what happened but it doesn't work at all.

My problem with this system is removing the refill container, I have arthritis in my hands so not able to grip to pull jug out, so have to improvise. sure wish they would improve that system, then I would have to give it a perfect score

And I’m not a fan of the throw away kind because I feel like you are just pushing dirt around. The Bona however, I love because I actually feel like it’s cleaning! The thick ‘mop’ fabric actually cleans the floors beautifully and the best part…when I’m done I can toss that baby in the washing machine!! All around a great win. And my floors smelled deliciously lemony fresh. Great product that has relegated my ancient style mop to the back of the closet.

The scent isn't too strong if you are expecting it to make your house smell good after mopping, which is either a plus or negative depending on your preference. Use these along with my Bona spray cleaner mop and each individual packet is enough to make a whole container of cleaner which I appreciate in reducing plastic usage.
