I bought this about a month ago and they work very well. My music sounds crisp, and the immersion setting is amazing. My only complaint is that I set the mode of my earbuds for aware, and every time I use them, the mode defaults back to quiet, and I have to reset them. I'm sure that there is a setting that I have missed for that, but I haven't been able to find it.

my family gifted me the QC Ultra Earbuds for my birthday a few days ago. i’ve been a massive fan ever since. although they looked way too big and kind of clunky to me at first in-terms of size, they fit perfectly in my ears and are not heavy or bothersome to wear at all. the sound quality easily matches and surpasses that of most above-average headsets, and I’ve been able to hear more subtle sounds, baselines and details in songs ever since. the sound is drowning in the best sense possible, and “separates” me from the rest of the world whenever I need it. overall, it’s been a genuinely eye-opening experience to the world of premium-sound

I purchased these about 3 weeks ago. The sound for music is fantastic, however the call reception for the people your calling for some reason there is a lot of background noise. I use the phone a lot, so these won't work for me. I'm Very disappointed! Now I have to figure out the return process.
