Q: Do you need to connect a cord to your tv to use this or can you connect wirelessly to your tv? I don’t want to waste money buying it if I have to use cords for it to connect to the tv. My current Samsung sound bar connect to my tv wirelessly thru WiFi
A: Yes, the Smart Soundbar should be connected to your TV via HDMI-eARC (i.e. HDMI cable), or via optical cable. This is to enable you to enjoy the high-quality Dolby Atmos sound. The soundbar can be connected wirelessly via Bluetooth (not Wi-Fi) to your TV if your TV matches the soundbar's Bluetooth specs, however this is not the intended setup, and you wouldn't hear Dolby Atmos surround sound this way.

A: No, this is the Smart Soundbar. It's similar in many ways to the Smart Soundbar 600, but it also has A.I. Dialogue Mode. This automatically senses when dialogue is playing, and adjusts the tonal balance to improve the clarity of spoken words. Also, the Smart Soundbar has the Personal Surround feature. This allows you to pair the Bose Ultra Open Earbuds to your soundbar, to add a new surround dimension to your movies and TV.
